I mentioned that the notes are a work in progress. Hopefully in time for the new school year for most, here is an updated version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Changes focus on the first six chapters, which should get anyone following the notes in order through the fall semester. I aim to have version 0.3, which will focus on fixes to the remaining chapters, done by Christmas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Changes include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fixes to lots of errors and typos, both in the text and in the worked examples.<\/li><li>A number of paragraphs rewritten to be clearer.<\/li><li>A handful of additional examples.<\/li><li>Additional space for select examples.<\/li><li>Additional diagrams to explain concepts, including the picture below.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"256\" src=\"https:\/\/www.primefactorisation.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image-1-700x256.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-531\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.primefactorisation.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image-1-700x256.png 700w, https:\/\/www.primefactorisation.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image-1-300x110.png 300w, https:\/\/www.primefactorisation.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image-1-768x281.png 768w, https:\/\/www.primefactorisation.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image-1.png 1657w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As before, there is a set of blank notes for students, and a set of the notes with all the blanks and examples completed.
